Zero to One Expansion in Emerging Markets

Visited 150+ Chinese cities and half of Turkey, exploring the best expansion opportunities for Tesco. Before ubiquitous data, I’d get creative with proxy data methodologies, like mapping car ownership data in China, so we could direct investment to the highest return opportunities.

GLOBAL DIGITAL EXPANSION

A build the plane as you fly it role, Nike asked me to bring my strategic retail expansion skillset to the rollout of nike.com to 27 markets in 12 months. I dimensionalized the markets based on digital and macro maturity analogues and led the Analytics offense that activated a culture of data and insights across the team.
